Everything below is a job we actually did. Every before was photographed on day one; every after on the day we handed over. No agency renders, no borrowed images from stock sites.

Felt roof over a kitchen extension had been patched four times. Stripped back to boards, new GRP fibreglass, done in a day.

Leak was tracking down the chimney breast. Rebuilt the flaunching, re-leaded step and cover flashings. No more brown patch.

Original 1890s slate had had it. Full strip, new membrane and battens, reclaimed Welsh slate to match the row.

Valley was rotten and the previous 'fix' was a bead of silicone. Cut back, new Code 5 lead, tiles matched from stock.

Called at 6pm Sunday, water pouring into a bedroom. On site by 8am Monday, tarped and dry. Permanent fix booked for the following week.
We photograph every job. Yours might end up here — or, more importantly, sorted and off your list.
